New Directions Education are currently recruiting for a Welsh Speaking ICT Teacher for a Secondary school located in Wrexham.
The Secondary school is a Welsh-medium comprehensive school for pupils aged between 11 and 18 years which is maintained by Wrexham local authority. It has approximately 800 pupils, including 150 students in sixth form. The school serves pupils from the town’s Welsh-medium primary schools and also from villages and rural areas around Wrexham.
The ideal candidate would be able to start immediately, once all relevant documents are received.
The ideal candidate would be able to provide lessons that meet the curriculum requirements and have excellent organisation skills to assess and mark the pupils work carefully. The ability to teach the subject to A Level standard isn’t essential, but you would require a strong background.
From time to time you may be required to teach challenging classes, therefore good classroom management skills and behaviour strategies are essential to enhance pupil’s abilities daily.
