Supply Teacher Position – Year 3

About the Role:

As a Year 3 Supply Teacher, you’ll be stepping into a nurturing and dynamic classroom environment where your expertise will be valued. You’ll deliver pre-planned lessons, support student learning, and foster a positive and stimulating atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Year 3 students following the National Curriculum.
• Execute and adapt lesson plans to meet students needs.
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.
• Collaborate with school staff and communicate with parents as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2), with a preference for Year 3 experience.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching and problem-solving.
