Diana, LSA, Neath Port Talbot

Working with New Directions proved to be an amazing experience for me. The company and my manager Francesca in particular, have been very accommodating of my requests. I was able to work as many or as few hours around my childcare and have always been offered jobs in close proximity to me. Recently, Francesca has offered me the opportunity to work exclusively within my job title which is a Romanian Support Learning Assistant and I am very grateful for that.
