It is a pleasure to be an employee of New Directions.  My Account Manager Francesca has been brilliant to work with and really easy to talk to.

Francesca is very understanding, supportive and reliable. I have been able to contact her when needed by phone, text message or e-mail and if she is not available she will contact me back as soon as she is available. Francesca also keeps in touch to see how things are going.

I have been grateful to have been given a lot of work (mainly long term) since I started with New Directions.
