You\u2019ll play a vital role in promoting wellbeing, building confidence, and helping pupils develop positive attitudes towards their education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs within the classroom. You will facilitate learning episodes, build strong communication and rapport with students to boost their self-confidence, and create a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your support will be crucial in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional duties may include assisting during breaks and lunches, preparing classroom resources, and working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to ensure students receive the best possible support.
