New Directions<\/strong> are recruiting a Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistant<\/strong>s for welcoming primary schools in Manchester . These are full-time and flexible roles with long-term opportunity<\/strong> with the potential to become temp to perm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Support pupils across KS1 and KS2<\/strong> with both learning and emotional development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups<\/strong> supporting pupils who may need additional encouragement to engage in learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Help pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation and positive classroom behaviours<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work closely with the class teacher and pastoral team<\/strong> to create a calm, supportive learning environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
