This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them to access learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Using tailored strategies to meet individual needs, including communication and sensory support
\u2022 Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
\u2022 Monitoring progress and providing feedback where required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
\u2022 Strong communication and teamwork skills
\u2022 The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
\u2022 A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
\u2022 A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
\u2022 A full driving licence and access to transport (desirable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
