You will be providing tailored, individualised support both in and out of the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Offering 1:1 and small group support to children with SEMH needs, helping them to engage with learning and manage their emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and structured learning environment that is nurturing and inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Promoting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and improving engagement in the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Building trusting relationships with students, supporting their wellbeing and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and have experience in supporting children with SEMH needs, we would love to hear from you.
