To support teaching and learning across the school by working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes under the direction of the class teacher. The role includes delivering targeted interventions, supporting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND
\u2022 Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment
\u2022 Deliver daily phonics sessions, using the Read Write Inc. programme (training can be provided)
\u2022 Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to reinforce learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting children\u2019s development
\u2022 Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) \u2022 Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
\u2022 Is committed to supporting pupils in early reading and phonics development<\/p>\n\n\n\n
