New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teachers<\/strong> to work in schools across Chester and surrounding areas<\/strong>. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils through the later stages of their primary education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work with a range of welcoming and supportive schools that are committed to creating positive learning environments and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Opportunities are available on a short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm basis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Role:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 2<\/strong>
\u2022 Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
\u2022 Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
\u2022 Supporting pupils\u2019 academic, social, and emotional development
\u2022 Planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
\u2022 Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback where required
\u2022 Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
\u2022 Contributing to the wider school community where required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)<\/strong>
\u2022 Experience teaching within Key Stage 2<\/strong>
\u2022 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
\u2022 Excellent communication and organisational skills
\u2022 A proactive and professional approach to teaching
\u2022 A strong understanding of safeguarding and the primary curriculum
\u2022 The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
\u2022 A genuine passion for supporting children\u2019s learning and development
\u2022 A full driving licence and access to transport (desirable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
