The successful candidate will be responsible for the learning and resources of the Nursery class in the morning and covering PPA in the afternoon. This would be a full time role Monday to Friday<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and age groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide cover for teachers during planned absences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and assess pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support pupils with diverse learning needs and promote inclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the development of a positive and engaging learning environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with behaviour management in line with school policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HLTA or Level 4 qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with children in an educational setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good organisational and time-management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A welcoming and supportive staff team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A positive working environment focused on pupil success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to employee wellbeing initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safeguarding Statement:<\/strong><br>New Directions is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
