This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young people who need additional support to succeed academically and emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We are looking for candidates who:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and therapeutic behaviour support strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are trained in Team-Teach or other positive behaviour management techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show a calm, patient, and empathetic approach when working with secondary-age students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are skilled in behaviour management, with the ability to help young people regulate their emotions and engage with their education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Teaching Assistant in a secondary setting, you will be supporting students with SEN across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
