The successful candidate will work across the school, supporting pupils from EYFS through to Key Stage 2. \u2022 Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
\u2022 Deliver planned interventions to individuals and small groups to raise attainment and confidence
\u2022 Cover classes in the absence of the class teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons where required
\u2022 Support pupils with a range of learning needs, ensuring all children can access the curriculum
\u2022 Assist with assessment, pupil progress and classroom preparation
\u2022 Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents to promote a supportive learning environment
\u2022 Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders across the school<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or HLTA status is essential
\u2022 Previous experience working within a UK primary school
\u2022 Confident supporting learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
\u2022 Experience delivering interventions and covering classes is highly desirable
\u2022 Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
\u2022 Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
\u2022 A flexible, proactive and positive approach to supporting teaching and learning
