\u2022 Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
\u2022 Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations
\u2022 Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
\u2022 Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
\u2022 Provide feedback to the school on pupil engagement and progress where appropriate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\u2022 Recent UK primary teaching experience
\u2022 Confident teaching across EYFS to Year 6
\u2022 A flexible, reliable and adaptable approach
\u2022 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
