New Directions Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in primary schools across Chester and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who have recently graduated and are looking for their first teaching role to gain valuable classroom experience and begin their teaching career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We work with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools, offering opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, including short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range
\u2022 Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
\u2022 Supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development
\u2022 Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
\u2022 Planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
\u2022 Assessing student progress and providing feedback where required
\u2022 Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
\u2022 Developing confidence and experience as an early career teacher<\/p>\n\n\n\n
