Do you have the resilience, empathy and dedication needed to help students build confidence, develop life skills and prepare for their future?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New Directions Education is recruiting for a <strong>Post-16 SEMH Teaching Assistant<\/strong> to work within a specialist provision in Leeds, supporting students aged 16-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people, helping them overcome challenges, achieve qualifications and develop the skills needed for independence, employment and further education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Post-16 SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
