\u00b7 A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements for KS2.
\u00b7 The ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons across a range of curriculum subjects.
\u00b7 Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
\u00b7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\u00b7 A commitment to raising attainment and supporting all pupils to achieve their full potential.
\u00b7 Experience preparing pupils for end of Key Stage 2 assessments and supporting pupil progress.
\u00b7 A passion for creating positive learning experiences that inspire, challenge, and motivate young learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and resilience.
\u00b7 Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment data to inform planning and intervention strategies.
\u00b7 Differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL requirements.
\u00b7 Support pupils in developing strong skills in English, Mathematics, Science, and the wider curriculum.
\u00b7 Prepare pupils for statutory assessments, including Key Stage 2 SATs where applicable.
\u00b7 Promote positive behaviour and establish high expectations for learning and achievement.
\u00b7 Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other members of staff to support pupil attainment, wellbeing, and personal development.
\u00b7 Build effective relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on pupil progress and achievement.
\u00b7 Encourage pupils to become confident, independent learners who are prepared for the transition to secondary education.
