\u00b7 Experience supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and\/or KS2.
\u00b7 The confidence to lead whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher.
\u00b7 A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and primary education.
\u00b7 Experience delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
\u00b7 Excellent behaviour management and classroom management skills.
\u00b7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\u00b7 The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies.
\u00b7 A commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
\u00b7 Experience working with pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs would be advantageous.
\u00b7 A passion for helping children succeed and reach their full potential.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Deliver high-quality interventions to individuals and small groups to accelerate pupil progress.
\u00b7 Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging learning activities.
\u00b7 Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and EAL requirements.
\u00b7 Support the assessment, monitoring, and recording of pupil progress.
\u00b7 Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
\u00b7 Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and targeted support strategies.
\u00b7 Work closely with teaching staff and school leaders to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
\u00b7 Build positive relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, independence, and resilience.
\u00b7 Support the delivery of literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum activities throughout the school day.
\u00b7 Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in events, activities, and school initiatives.
