We are seeking to appoint individuals who are proactive, engaging and caring. You will be provided with support from us at New Directions, the award winning group of companies which includes education, training and social care support in England and Wales! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We believe in considering every applicant on their individual merits and giving opportunities to applicants who potentially just need that first chance to make a difference to local young people! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working through us at New Directions, you will be paid \u00a392.56 to \u00a398.03 per day dependent on your experience, as we operate across Trainee &amp; LSA roles.
