We would love to hear from you if you have:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A commitment to raising standards and supporting every child to achieve their best.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience preparing pupils for end-of-Key-Stage assessments, including SATs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A passion for motivating, inspiring, and challenging young learners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The Role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Working as a KS2 Teacher is both rewarding and varied. You will play a vital role in supporting children through an important stage of their education, helping them to develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills required for future success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will work collaboratively with school leaders, support staff, and parents to provide a stimulating learning environment where pupils feel valued, supported, and encouraged to excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes independence, resilience, and a love of learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assess, monitor, and evaluate pupil progress, using data to inform planning and targeted interventions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Differentiate learning to support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND and EAL needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Develop pupils’ skills across English, Mathematics, Science, and the wider curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Support pupils in preparing for statutory assessments, including KS2 SATs where appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations for achievement and conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other staff members to maximise pupil progress and wellbeing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of pupil progress and achievements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Encourage pupils to become confident, independent learners who are well prepared for the next stage of their education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
