As we prepare to head West for this year’s Eisteddfod yr Urdd we have been reminiscing in the office about our\u00a0memories of the Urdd, Dafydd decided to confess to a teenage prank which went a bit wrong…<\/p>\n

Whilst I was at Glan-llyn in my teens, I sneaked of to go sailing with a friend without permission or telling anyone. We managed to sail at what seemed to be quite a lick in one direction (away from the campsite). However had great difficulty once we decided to head back as neither of us had the slightest idea how to sail into the wind. We made it to the shore and walked back to the campsite, we missed dinner and were given stern telling off, however we were secretly more relieved that we hadn\u2019t been taken by Teggie.<\/p>\n
