Janet has worked with us since 2009 and is a valued member of our team. She is warm, caring, and patient and works well with children of all ages, but the foundation phase in particular.<\/p>\n<p>She has worked at Johnstown Juniors, Ysgol Sant Dunawd, St Anne\u2019s Catholic Primary, Acton Wrap-Around Care, Queensferry Community Primary, Hafod Y Wern, Barker\u2019s Lane, and many more. Janet always gets excellent feedback and Eleri from Ysgol Y Waun commented yesterday that \u201cshe has a lovely way about her\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dan and Shelley from New Directions surprised Janet at work yesterday, with her certificate and champagne. Janet was outside in the nursery outdoor play area, when Dan and Shelley came to see Janet with her prize. Janet was very overwhelmed that we had chosen her to be our Employee of the Month, but it was fully deserved as she works so hard and we appreciate all of the work that she does.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Directions Education would like to congratulate Janet Wear on winning this months&#8217;
