What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live the life they choose. Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, shopping, and household activities
Encouraging independence and confidence
Supporting individuals to access the community, attend activities, and build social connections
Providing personal care where required
Following person-centred care plans to ensure individuals receive the best possible support
Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing at all times
Working collaboratively with the wider support team
