🚗 You MUST hold a full UK driving licence – this is essential to the role.

What You’ll Do:

• Support children and young people aged 8-18, helping them feel safe, understood, and cared for
• Create and maintain a nurturing environment where they can thrive
• Take part in outings, school runs, activities, and appointments (driving required)
• Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
• Follow care plans and work closely with a dedicated team and other professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• Empathy, patience, and emotional resilience
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in care or working with children
• A genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges and build brighter futures
