Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical and emotional support to clients in maintaining their tenancy agreements.
• Help clients with budgeting, managing household tasks, and developing independent living skills.
• Advocate on behalf of clients and liaise with landlords, housing authorities, and other support services.
• Assist with completing paperwork and helping clients access the services and benefits they are entitled to.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to build confidence and address challenges they face in maintaining their tenancy.
• Support clients in accessing community resources, including healthcare, social services, and local groups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in tenancy support, housing, or social care is preferred.
• A full driving license and access to a vehicle (essential for the role).
• Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage a caseload, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local housing laws and support services is a plus.
