All candidates are interviewed by a specialist Consultant to discuss experience, skills and suitability to work with the sector. An Enhanced DBS Disclosure is obtained by our dedicated Compliance Hub and renewed annually. Once identification and training checks are completed and original documentation is verified, a full employment history is obtained and all gaps in employment are accounted for. To ensure we are placing appropriate candidates, references are obtained and verified for all employment within the past 2 years including their most recent employer.<\/p>\n
