New Directions Pharmacist Goes for Gold at the Olympics

A New Directions Pharmacist has been unavailable for locum work this week, trading in fulfilling prescriptions for Olympic volunteering duties. Pushp, a loyal New Directions candidate has taken advantage of the 2012 spectacular and is helping ensure the games run smoothly for all the visitors attending.

Dee O’Callaghan, who is Pushp’s Account Manager with New Directions says ‘Pushp registered with New Directions in November 2011, since then he has become a valued member of our pool of locums. He is always happy to help when available with any bookings that we offer him – even if the bookings are a long distance from him. It is no surprise that he has rolled up his sleeves and volunteered for London 2012’.

Pushp has also managed to see a few famous faces throughout his Olympic experience. He met with the zip wire daredevil Boris Johnson, mayor of London earlier this week.
