New directions are currently seeking flexible agency hostel support workers to work in private 10 bedded hostel in the Swansea area. We are looking for staff who have a knowledge and understanding of working with troubled teenagers and young adults, who have issues around drug and alcohol problems, homelessness issues, challenging behaviours, females fleeing abusive relationships, ex-offenders, and teenagers who have come out of long term care. We do require you to have experience within a similar role, to be successful for this post.
