We work with a number of providers who look for staff that can provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment for children and young people aged 8-18 who have experienced trauma, neglect, or other challenges. Our goal is to help them heal, grow, and reach their full potential.
💚 What You’ll Do:
Support children with their daily routines, education, and personal development.
Build trusting, positive relationships and act as a consistent, reliable role model.
Help children learn life skills and develop independence.
Work as part of a passionate team to ensure a safe, caring, and fun home environment.
Keep accurate records and contribute to care planning.
🌱 What We’re Looking For:
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help young people thrive.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
Experience in care or youth work is an advantage, but not essential — full training is provided.
Must be 21+ years old (due to Ofsted regulations).
Full UK driving licence Manual preferred.
