We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a children’s residential home. We have full time and part time hours available. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same — you’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team that puts the wellbeing and development of children first.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine interest in supporting and caring for children and young people
Full UK manual driving licence and access to your own transport (essential)
Social Care Wales registration (essential)
QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (desirable, but not essential if you have relevant experience)
Experience in residential childcare, youth work, education, health and social care, or a similar setting is highly valued
The Role Involves:
Supporting young people in their daily routines, education, and social activities
Promoting independence, emotional resilience, and personal development
Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each child
