We are currently recruiting Young Persons Supported Living Support Workers to work across supported living services in the Bridgend area, supporting young people as they transition towards independent living.

About the Role
As a Supported Living Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to young people, helping them manage daily life and develop important independent living skills.
Your duties may include:
Supporting young people with daily routines and independent living skills
Providing guidance, encouragement, and positive role modelling
Assisting with education, training, or employment goals
Supporting young people to access community services and activities
Encouraging healthy routines, budgeting, cooking, and household tasks
Promoting a safe, supportive, and respectful living environment
Recording and reporting progress in line with service requirements
What We’re Looking For
A caring, patient, and supportive approach
Experience working with young people, care leavers, or vulnerable individuals (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
A commitment to empowering young people and promoting independence
