We are currently recruiting Adult Supported Living Support Workers to work across supported living services in Blaenau Gwent, supporting adults to live independently while receiving the care and guidance they need.

About the Role
As a Supported Living Support Worker, you will support adults in their own homes or shared supported living environments, helping them develop daily living skills and maintain independence.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals with daily routines and independent living skills
Assisting with personal care where required
Encouraging participation in community activities and social opportunities
Supporting with shopping, cooking, budgeting, and household tasks
Providing emotional support and positive encouragement
Promoting a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment
Working closely with colleagues and following care and support plans
What We’re Looking For
A caring, reliable, and patient approach
Experience working in health and social care (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
A genuine passion for supporting others to live independently
