What You’ll Be Doing
As a Supply Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers individuals to thrive. Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting adults with learning disabilities in their daily routines
Encouraging independence, confidence, and social engagement
Assisting with personal care when required
Helping individuals access the community, activities, and appointments
Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment
Working within hostels and supported living services
What We’re Looking For
A caring and empathetic attitude
Previous support work or care experience (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a genuine passion for helping others
