The right person for this role would: Experience caring for older adults or the elderly is essential. Knowledge of Dementia care is desirable. Must have valid Manual Handling training. Some personal care may be needed within this role. Understanding of POVA. Food and Hygiene training is desirable. This role offers various shift patterns including waking nights and sleep ins.
