New Directions are looking for a Care Assistant to work in a supported living setting, for service users with physical disabilities. Your role would be to assist with the service users daily routine, following activity plannersm, giving them access to the community, shopping, appointments, family visits, swimming and other activities. You will be part of a small caring independent team.

New Directions are looking for a support worker to work in a residential setting for adults with learning disabilities. Your role would be to assist with the service users night time routine, complete nightly checks and help with the services users as they get up, during the night you will need to observe and write night time diaries. There is also a sleep in that will help with any emergencies.
