I have never had any problems with New Directions and have recommended them to other nurseries.
New Directions approached me about using them again as I had not used them for several years. Since starting to use them again as I needed nursery nurse cover I have been impressed with the service I have been getting.
They have not failed me and on the very, very rare occasions they have not been able to find anyone they call me with enough time that I can go elsewhere. They are always honest with me.
They will always check with me if I will be happy with the candidate they wish to send. They are very aware of when I need cover what my expectations are and which candidates are best suited to my nursery.

I have recently been in difficult situation in a service I manage where I have been very short staffed. I called and spoke with Omar at New Directions as I wanted to recruit two agency members to work as part of the team at my service. Omar arranged for me to meet with two agency members who he thought would be good at the service.
I took both members on who have worked there for approximately two months and have worked very well. I have also met with Omar and he was very supportive on finding the right candidate for the service.

The childcare department contacted Vicky at New Directions Social Care with the view to inform our learners about the services that the agency can offer. Vicky has since been to the college on a number of occasions to offer advice and support to our level 2 and level 3 childcare students. Vicky has been very supportive and has actually helped to arrange a number of interviews for my level 3 students who are due to complete their course in a few months’ time. I am very pleased to say that these students have since been offered full time employment. Vicky has been very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and is constantly in touch with new opportunities for the students as and when they arise.

The Service that I’ve received from New Directions has been second to none. My representative, keeps me in the loop with all the candidates that are available on a weekly basis. She ensures that all of the relevant documents are supplied such as CRB’s, relevant qualifications.
