Gareth is my Oracle. What he does not know about my settings needs is not worth knowing. He knows the type of candidate that will work for me and always finds someone to cover any bookings I put with him.
I always feel Gareth gives more than he needs to and always goes that extra mile. He is approachable, professional while being friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about what is required and is always there when I need anything.
I really cannot praise Gareth enough and is an asset to New Directions. He is brilliant.

I have recently been made active to work with new directions recruitment. When initially registering with them I was promised lots of work in hostels all over cardiff and I can honestly say I have not had a day go past where I am not offered work.
I am always informed of existing shifts with clients that are local and always offered on-going placements with new clients as well. I find Liam and the team very helpful, honest and all have a good sense of humor which helps in this line of work.

I heard about New Directions Social care from my friend Vicky.
The registration process was straight forward and did not take long at all. New Directions Social Care have been great at providing me with work opportunities in my chosen sector. Without this work, I would not have been able to expand on my knowledge and experience as I was not in a position to volunteer.
New Directions go above and beyond in order to assist with the people that work for them and the clients that they work with. They once paid for me to get a taxi to a placement in order to ensure I was able to work and to ensure that the client was able to receive cover.

Registration with ND was simple and straightforward, the process was flexible and left room for my individual needs and approach
First of all, the interview was relaxed but straight to the point and I went away feeling confident in the company and happy to be joining the agency.
After the interview it took two weeks for my DBS check to come back, after which I was straight into work within a couple of days! I felt that it was a positive and pro active start to the job and that the service and swiftness of the team was to a high professional standard.
