Our Brand Refresh

Breaking news! We’ve updated our branding!

Ok, so while unveiling a new logo isn’t going to set the world on fire (even though we’re really excited about it!) for us this is more about recognising who we are as a business as we approach our 30th anniversary.

ND | New Directions

Our founders Jeff and Zoe started the business in 1994 to help people into employment.
While we are well known for recruitment in education and social care, we have and continue to widen our offering to include professional recruitment, domiciliary care services, vetting and background checks and most recently coworking. We employ 180 staff in 11 offices across the UK.

We strive to be recognised as a leader in best practice across our specialist areas. Last year
alone we payrolled 2,400 temporary workers, provided face to face training for 1,728 of them, supported 268 schools with free workshops, and saw 8,968 children benefiting from our initiatives. We would not be where we are today without the commitment and hard work of our most important asset – our people.

For the last three decades, we’ve earned the trust of the organisations that we support and have built long-established relationships through our work and our people. This is something we have worked to achieve and is, I believe, part of what makes our business so special. The branding we have chosen has allowed us to preserve our brand equity and history, by staying true to our routes of blue and orange, but it has given us a clean, professional, modern look for our ever-expanding group of companies which includes Checks Direct, ND Care and Support, Cwrt Coworking and New Directions Recruitment specialising in Education, Social Care, Professional and Pharmacy.

So, in what will be a big year for New Directions (more on that to come soon), we’re taking this small moment to celebrate the visual representation of our past and our future. The culture, ethos and values that have formed our foundation and the exciting, modern plans we have to take things forward and grow. For some, it may be ‘just a logo’, but for us, it represents something so much more…
