Following the success of our Q&A with Ryan Jones earlier in the year, we’re delighted to welcome back the Welsh and British & Irish Lions rugby legend to share his leadership and motivation tips for Headteachers and leaders within the education industry.

As the second most-capped captain for Wales, Ryan will share his experiences of leading a team under extreme pressure and provide insights on what motivates him and others around him.

About Ryan

Ryan achieved 75 international caps for Wales and three test caps for the British & Irish Lions. His playing career began at Newport in 1998 and ended at Bristol in 2015. Ryan is one of only seven Welsh players to have won three Grand Slam titles, and he is the second most-capped captain for Wales.
