New Directions Education has an extensive database of over 10,000 candidates with coverage across England and Wales.

All staff have a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and every candidate is interviewed face-to-face by an expert education account manager to ensure the highest quality standards.

We also provide CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training courses to ensure our candidates are of the very highest calibre. We also provide the option to register your own supply staff with us in order to make cost savings.

Your dedicated account manager will work with you to gain a complete understanding of your requirements and our on call service operates outside office hours and until 9pm daily, to deal with your requirements seven days a week. New Directions Education is also a corporate member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).

We conduct a thorough screening process when registering candidates to for New Directions. 

Every person undergoes a one-to-one interview with a designated account manager.

All candidates hold a valid Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) (formerly CRB) which is renewed annually.

Our team offers an out-of-hours service to ensure we work to fill all vacancies. 

If you need cover for short or long-term periods, our teams in Abertillery, Aberystwyth,  Bridgend, Bristol, Cardiff, Cross Hands, Swansea, Wirral and Wrexham are available from 7.00am until 9.00pm, seven days a week.
