Are you a passionate and dynamic Computing Teacher looking to make a real impact? New Directions Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of Computing to join one of our partner secondary secondary schools in Denton. This is an exciting opportunity to teach computing across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role is on a long term basis and school are looking to recruit so we expect the role to go permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
Deliver high-quality, engaging Computing lessons that inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
Plan and assess in line with the national curriculum and exam board requirements.
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
Work collaboratively within a supportive department and wider school team.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A strong subject knowledge in Computing, Computer Science, and related fields.
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.
A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting digital literacy.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
