Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across the Primary Curriculum
Deliver one-to-one or small group interventions to meet individual learning requirements and styles
Assist in managing classroom behaviour
Support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Help prepare learning materials and contribute to engaging classroom activities
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and areas for development
What We’re Looking For:
A fierce passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools, age groups, and educational needs
Previous experience working in a school setting
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
