The successful candidate will be able to adapt learning approaches to meet the different needs of individual children and keep them engaged in the tasks they have been set ,striving to make children’s school experience a fun and safe environment by giving them the tools to reach their full potential.

To work in an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) role you will need:
A relevant teaching qualification
Ideally experience working in an ALN environment
Recent experience in a classroom environment
An excellent track record
Good knowledge of the national curriculum
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term.

Multi-Sensory Impairment (MSI)
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
