New Directions Education is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a range of Primary, Secondary and SEND settings across Cheshire East.

What You’ll Do
Support children 1:1 and in small groups, giving them the encouragement they need to shine
Help teachers bring lessons to life, adapting activities so every child feels included
Celebrate achievements, track progress, and give feedback that motivates pupils
Promote positivity, resilience, and kindness through your support and guidance
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to provide the best learning environment
