New Directions Education are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support EAL (English as an Additional Language) learners in a diverse and inclusive primary school.

The Role:
• Supporting pupils with English as an Additional Language in class and in small groups
• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Collaborating with staff to support inclusive teaching practices
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience supporting EAL learners in a school or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability
• A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
