New Directions Education is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools throughout the Wirral.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced school staff, or individuals with strong leadership or managerial experience looking to transition into education.
What You’ll Do
· Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and engaged
· Deliver pre-set work and maintain a positive and productive learning environment
· Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
· Support students with questions and encourage participation
· Provide clear feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student engagement

What We’re Looking For
· Confidence leading and managing a group
