About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Provide feedback to teaching staff about student progress and engagement.
Support pupils in their learning and encourage positive participation.
