Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher to join our team from September, working across a range of primary schools in the Manchester area. This is a flexible role ideal for newly qualified teachers seeking to gain experience in different school settings and develop their teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a consistent learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a safe, inclusive setting for all pupils
Adapt to various school environments and build positive relationships with staff and pupils
Complete marking and provide feedback when required
Engage in professional development opportunities and reflect on practice to improve teaching

Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent graduate or early career teacher with some classroom experience
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
