New Directions are recruiting for a Reception Teacher with strong EYFS knowledge to join a welcoming primary school in Salford. This role starts after Easter and runs until the end of the school year, with the possibility of continuing into the next academic year for the right candidate.

The Role:
Full-time Reception class teacher delivering the EYFS curriculum.
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons and activities that promote learning, curiosity, and personal development.
Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth through structured and play-based learning.
Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback to parents and staff.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders to ensure every child’s needs are met.
The Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status in the UK.
Strong knowledge and experience of EYFS curriculum.
Confident in classroom management, creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Patient, enthusiastic, and skilled at building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Committed to fostering a love of learning and supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS.
