New Directions are currently recruiting for a Humanities teacher (History, Geography, RS) to work in a Secondary school based in Manchester. The role is starting in September on a full time, long term basis. We Expect this role to go permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
Teach Humanities across Key Stages 3 and 4
Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development
Support the school’s vision and values, and foster a positive learning environment
The Candidate will:
Hold a PGCE and UK QTS (or QTLS)
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Manage behaviour
Build relationships with students
